We are having our Second Annual Health and Wellness Day at the market! The following is a list of organizations that will be participating and what they will be offering to the community:

• Genesis Healthcare System's Diabetes Management Team will be providing education on how to manage diabetes and live more healthfully.

• Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department will have their mobile unit on site to provide back to school vaccines, narcan training, free giveaways, AND spin the trivia wheel to win gift tokens to shop at the market.

• Muskingum County Family YMCA will be providing demo classes of Les Mills Body Pump and Les Mills Body Combat and will have information about their upcoming events and classes.

• Family Allergy & Asthma will be providing blood pressure checks, peak flow meters for individuals with asthma, and providing a demo on how skin testing works for detecting potential allergies.

• La Luna Labor & Wellness along with Sol Therapy LLC, Z Energy LIGHT Therapy, Heather's Massage & Reflexology Center, Immeasurably More, and Begin Anew Natural Health will be providing education and offering a chance to win some wonderful wellness prizes.
